T.J. Welding & Fabrication Inc. was founded in 1983 by Thomas and June Jansky. Prior to forming his own company, Thomas spent years in the metal industry in Houston, Texas. With the knowledge and experience Thomas and his family moved back to his hometown where it all began. T.J. Welding & Fabrication got its start making custom barbecue pits, fire rings and trailers, along with necessary repairs to farming equipment for the local community. As business grew, T.J. Welding quickly established a reputation of producing quality work combined with excellent customer service - a status that remains true to this day. Thomas' son, Christopher Jansky, began running the business in the early 90s building relationships with some of the largest oil companies and electrical contractors. As years went on, Chris expanded the business both in size and scope of work. Today, T.J. Welding & Fabrication has over 10,000 sq. ft. of production space manufacturing products for the same large companies it became a vendor for over 30 years ago.

In 2015, the company expanded into the plasma industry, making everything from personalized gifts to memorial signs honoring loved ones. The team helps in every step of the design process as each customer's idea is turned into reality.

Quality of craftsmanship and family values have remained at the core of T.J. Welding and Fabrication since its inception. Now on the third generation, T.J. Welding and Fabrication is operated by Brent Jansky, grandson of Thomas and son of Christopher. Brent Jansky brought to the business new ways of thinking while maintaining the same quality and craftsmanship found in the previous generations. Brent plans to follow in both his fathers and grandfather's shoes taking T.J. Welding to the next level. With a growing team, the company strives to continue to exceed all customer expectations when it comes to the quality of work produced.
